Corporate Culture

I have contributed to building organizational Culture from the ground up – from Orientation (the first day an employee shows up) to the Corporate Recognition Program (organization-wide and department specific recognition programs).

These methods are easily transplanted and can all be applied to your organization to help you build the culture you want, need and deserve. All companies have a culture… the question is: do you have the one you want?

Recognition

Recognition is the number one request made from most employees and not getting it leads to disengagement or your best people saying goodbye. Recognition builds engagement, and leads to  more creative, productive, and motivated people who make meaningful contributions to your company. But it takes more than fist pumping and Starbucks cards to build a workplace where people feel valued and appreciated for the work they do.

Empowerment

A little trust goes a long way. If you are trying to get further ahead in your business, let your people lead the way. In this session, we will cover practical tips to let go of the reins, trust your people and to watch your company’s success grow. All with your employees onboard and more invested than ever before.
